The Collier County Presidents Council Board of Directors is made up of the elected officers, immediate past chair, and others appointed by the Chair with the approval of the general membership.  No more than twelve (12) shall serve on any Board of Directors.  Meetings of the Board may be held without notice and at such time and place as shall be determined by said Board or member thereof.  Vacancies on the Board of Directors are filled by the members at any regular or special meeting of the Presidents Council..
