ISLANDWALK OF NAPLES WINS TOP HONORS
IslandWalk of Naples was named the Community of the Year for 2011 by the Florida Communities of Excellence Awards sponsored by the Florida Community Association Journal and the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff. The awards are the only independently judged state-wide program representing Florida’s community associations and recognize communities from across the state for achievements that benefit residents, enhance property values and contribute to the quality of life in Florida.
In addition, IslandWalk received five other awards: First place for Family Friendly Programs and Initiatives and Trendsetter Award for outstanding computer technology; Finalist for Financial Innovation, Energy and Water Conservation and Family Friendly Programs and Initiatives
The Community of the Year award represents the collective contributions of the entire community of IslandWalk volunteers and SouthWest Property Management Corporation.
